When Can You Request a Return or Refund?

You may request a return or refund in the following cases:
 The product is damaged or broken upon delivery
 The product is not as described or is incorrect
 You accidentally ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it (subject to availability)

Please note:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible unless they are defective

We have partnered with Shiprocket to make the return process smooth and hassle-free:
Pickup from your doorstep for eligible requests
Safe packaging guidelines will be provided to avoid damage during transit
Once the item is inspected, the refund or replacement process will begin


Refund Process – Razorpay

All refunds are processed securely through Razorpay:
* Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
*Refunds are credited directly to the original payment method
* Partial refunds may apply if the product is opened or used


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return first. After the return is approved, you can place a new order through the website.


Non-Returnable Items

 Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
 Customized or bulk orders unless there is a product defect
 Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
